Hello ,

You might first try checking the heel of your shoes to make sure that there
is no rough spots. And also if your heels happen to be rough and dry that
will cause snags in the stockings. And when putting on your stockings it
also helps to wear that donning gloves. And if you feel that it is a
manufacturing defect we can take a look at them and send them back to the
manufacture. If we can be of further assistance, please call our toll-free
number 1-800-515-4271.
