Hi Peggy,

There are many thing that could be causing your problem. I am going to have one of my Certified Fitters call you to assist you with your problem.

For our friends out there, I will try to address a few items on this issue.
Compression stockings must be put on first thing upon arising before you start to swell. If you start to swell before you put your stockings on, they may ring at the ankle and cause the feet to swell more. Sometimes it is an incorrect fit that
will cause swelling such as described. The socks may be too big or too long. If you are experiencing symptoms such as these, please take measurements upon arising (http://www.supporthosestore.com/howtomeasure.html) and call one of our Certified Fitters at 1-800-515-4271 they will be glad to assist you with correct fitting of a garment. They will also need to know your approximate weight, height and shoe size.
Thanks, Vanda

I am very frustrated. I began wearing the 15 compression stockings (Mediven). My ankles and fee still swelled considerably. I was told to increase the compression and so ordered 20-30. My feet and ankles are still as swollen if not MORE swollen. Any suggestions. The ankles and feet are what swells on me.

Thank you.
